General
We offer property sales and rentals, professional property management, property valuation, agriculture services, and vehicle hire across Zambia — all under one roof.
We are based in Lusaka, Zambia (P.O. Box 36196) and serve clients across the country.
We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM. You can submit an enquiry outside of working hours and we will respond the next business day.

Properties
We list residential properties (houses, flats, apartments), commercial properties (shops, offices), agricultural land and farms, and industrial properties across Zambia.

Title deed availability is shown on each individual listing. We clearly indicate whether a property has a title deed so you can make an informed decision before enquiring.
Property Management
We offer six management models: Percentage Rent (10% commission), Fixed Rent (guaranteed payment regardless of tenant), Guaranteed Rent (we sublet and pay you a fixed amount), Fixed Fee for vacant property monitoring, Facilities Management for shared buildings, Serviced Apartment management, and Rent Share for revenue-generating properties.
Our standard commission is 10% of rent collected. Some models also include a small maintenance fee (2–3%). All fees are agreed upfront and confirmed in a signed contract before any service begins.
We manage commercial buildings, apartment complexes, individual homes, office parks, serviced apartments, and vacant properties across Zambia.
Property Valuation
Our qualified surveyors prepare a professional market value report that is independent, objective, and follows applicable professional standards. We cover residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties.
Valuations are used for property sales and acquisitions, loan security, insurance, rental pricing, end-of-year inventory, and company asset records. We provide the appropriate report type for each purpose.

Diaspora & International Investors
Yes. We work with diaspora clients based in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other countries who want to buy land or property in Zambia. We handle the process on your behalf and keep you updated remotely via WhatsApp, email or video call.
Yes. We regularly assist Zambians living abroad who want to invest in property or land back home. We can manage the entire process remotely — from finding the right property to handling ongoing management once purchased.
Yes. We welcome enquiries from international investors worldwide. All communication can be done remotely, and all transactions are handled in accordance with Zambian law.
Transactions are primarily in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). USD and GBP pricing can be discussed for international clients. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Vehicle Hire
We have a Toyota Mark X 2012 saloon (from K1,000/day within Lusaka) and a Toyota Alphard 7–8 seater (from K2,500/day within Lusaka). Both are available for trips outside Lusaka at higher daily rates. More vehicles may be listed on the website.
The minimum hire period is 2 days.
Yes. An optional driver is available at K500 per day. For self-drive, a valid driver's licence is required — at least 2 years' experience for the Mark X and 3 years for the Alphard.
Fuel arrangements are confirmed with us at the time of booking. Please contact us before submitting your booking request to clarify fuel terms.
Pickup is from Lusaka. For trips outside Lusaka, different daily rates apply. Contact us to discuss delivery options.
